I am Dr. Jon D’Cruz, a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. With over 7 years of experience in the field, I specialize in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those relating to the spine. I earned my bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2014. I then obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL, where I developed a strong foundation in holistic health approaches. My philosophy centers around the belief that a healthy spine is essential to overall well-being. I utilize a variety of techniques, including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and personalized rehabilitation exercises, to tailor my treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs.

Beyond my clinical work, I am committed to educating my patients about the importance of preventative care and lifestyle choices that promote long-term health. I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where patients feel comfortable and empowered in their healing journey.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy working out, playing golf, and walking along the beach, which helps me maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends, my fiancée Dawn, and our two labradoodles, Gracie and Maple.
